How the evening unfolds

Arrival
Your chef arrives with the flat-top, tools, and ingredients. You point to the patio or courtyard — we take it from there.

The show
Live fire, onion volcano energy, and interactive moments guests will film. Entertainment first, then the meal.

The plate
Salad with ginger dressing, hibachi fried rice, grilled vegetables, and two proteins per guest — restaurant quality at the rental.
- 04
The reset
We break down the station and clean so the house stays vacation-ready for the rest of the night.
